The monsoon this year kept up to mid October giving way to an unusually hot period until mid November, when there was a sudden turn to much cooler weather. And that was the time when we started the distribution of blankets to poorer people from all over the district on 15th November. In 15 days we distributed 271, the final target is 800 blankets.
